How it works
Step 1
Activate Focus with your selected profile to shield distracting apps, categories, and websites.
Step 2
Shield screens keep apps and websites blocked while Focus is active.
Step 3
Break Focus with your tag, or wait the 24-hour recovery timer.
Profiles
Build as many profiles as you want and choose exactly which apps, categories, and websites each one blocks.
Create and switch profiles whenever Focus is idle.
Pick apps, categories, and websites per profile based on your context.
Profile changes are blocked while a Focus session is active.
Use your paired NFC tag to end Focus intentionally.

Shield screen
When a blocked app or website is opened, Noff shows a dedicated shield screen. Access stays blocked until NFC unlock, emergency unlock, or recovery rules apply.
